Change processes take place everywhere and at all times. We perceive some changes more intensively than others. We grow up, we get older, we learn, we forget. As we cannot not communicate, we cannot not change. Because we are human beings.
The environment we live in, the organisations we work in and the social groups we live with are made up of people. Therefore, these structures are never static and are subject to permanent change.
But if changes are so self-evident, why do we sometimes have more and sometimes less problems dealing with them? What has changed massively in recent years is not change itself, but the speed at which changes occur and have to be adapted.
We are a change agency. We stand for change, provide support, manage and advise. We work for companies and organisations and ultimately - for and with people.
